Room is one of the more updated Residence Inn but it could have been a little more clean and the TV was so small I was not comfortable with it talked to the front desk she claimed they just renovated but did they forget the TV???? The customer service was good
This was by far the worst hotel experience my family and I have ever had. We stayed here for 8 days while in transition closing on our new home, and I truly regret choosing this location. Let’s start with customer service. There was only one front desk associate who was professional and warm (I believe her name may have been Carmen). Staff was super friendly and welcoming during our entire stay. Good options for breakfast and the pool area was well maintained. The only reason we're not giving it 5 stars is because the room was a bit worn down and the door didn't lock properly on it's own
We come here every year for a PBR event at the Gas South Arena. It's close enough to walk. Every employee we've encountered has been exceptional.
