By far, this was the worst experience I have had at a Marriott property. My stay actually started on a positive note. The gentleman who checked me in during the evening was extremely kind, professional, thorough, and patient. When I got to my room, I discovered that the TV was not working. I came here to visit Cosm Atlanta (Willy Wonka) as a birthday gift and we stayed here. Bushard (misspelled I’m sure -sorry) whom checked me in was nothing short of amazing. He was sooo helpful and went above and beyond. As a fellow Marriott associate I can honestly say this is one of the most inviting and most friendly staff I’ve come across all 2026. This hotel is horrible! The microwave made noises in room 1004. The pipes in the wall when you turn on the hot water makes noises. They moved us to room 804 only to get there and they not to be a bedside drawer, no pull out sofa, and no luggage rack holder. The rooms are super small. The lady at breakfast servicing the guest acts like she doesn't want to be at work. The guy at the checkin counter was dress so unprofessional. I thought he was a homeless person off the street. Excellent location. You can go to main attractions by foot, like world of Coca-Cola and Georgia Aquarium. Good breakfast with good options. Maybe, some fruit is missing as option to combine. Service clean didn't go one day and I don't know why. A little but old but rooms and comfortable. There was just one soap for hands and no soap for body.
