UNSAFE STRUCTURE BY LEGAL NOTICE ON FRONT DOOR! We saw the notice on Sunday morning and checked out that night. I emailed Phillip the AGM and have not gotten a response. It’s concerning that the notice is positioned in such a way you wouldn’t see it from the back entrance that they direct you to use instead. The toilet leaked every time we flushed, and there was a big crack in the sink. Our room overlooked a homeless encampment on the library stairs. Technically the downtown location across from a busy MARTA station is great...unfortunately there are a significant number of unsavory characters milling about at all hours of day and night, shouting things and smoking weed and listening to music. Not enjoyable to walk through at night solo after returning from a concert.

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott near the Peachtree Center MARTA station in Atlanta, and it hit almost all the marks for convenience and comfort. The suites feel like extended-stay apartments—each comes with a full kitchen (fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher) and a separate living area, which made longer stays feel much more home-like . Good location in downtown - quick walk to most things although I felt the area wasn’t the safest. There was loud construction noise on the road all night, didn’t get any sleep until the wee hours. Service on front desk was quick and efficient. Breakfast was free but only until 9am! Would’ve been good to know beforehand but from what seemed to be on offer we didn’t miss much. Unprofessional, Unsafe, and the Worst Customer Service I’ve Experienced I have never stayed at a more unprofessional hotel. The customer service was horrific from the very start. Before arriving, I called from the airport to ask if early check-in was possible. The woman on the phone said a room was ready, so we drove straight there ( just ten minutes away )with all our luggage and a sleeping toddler.
