Family friendly hotel, close to Disney, housekeeping not provide enough towel.
The hotel is completely run down and in need of so many basic repairs. We stayed in the suite which in pictures look amazing. We tried to enjoy our trip and not let little things bother us. When we first arrived I noticed the outlets were loose and did not work and it was impossible to charge phones and devices. I called the front desk and they did send maintenance and repair it. My family has stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years when visiting Disneyland. This time was different for several reasons. First, the hotel had visible cosmetic issues, such as most of the pool lounger chairs were ripped making it impossible to sit on them without risk of falling through, the refrigerator had several visible dents, the toilet in the kids room was clogged upon arrival, there were not enough eating utensils to go around during breakfast, etc. One final issue I encountered was after checkout.
