It's a hotel. Clean rooms. Nice/professional employees. Layout of the hotel is confusing.
I love this property. It’s not 5 star in the sense of a 5 star hotel (luxury) but rather in the sense of the match of quality and value for the level of property. I stay here for work regularly, guest services always friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean with everything you need. I’ve used laundry and it’s good and you are close to many useful things.
Not that close to stuff but close to Moose’s Tooth, at least. Perfectly civilized place to stay. Plumbing was typical Alaska, slow draining tub. The TV remote didn’t work. I think they dilute the soap and shampoo because it was almost just water.
