Darion was very helpful and nice and put us in a room we loved. Miss Ruby was also wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. Rooms were clean and spacious and breakfast was absolutely delicious. We thank everyone at the Residence Inn!!
One of the best experiences I’ve had being a Marriott Platinum member. The manager put a hand-written note in my room welcoming me. The staff prepared a to-go breakfast bag for me to take to my early flight. I also got upgraded to a two-bedroom suite. 10/10, would stay here again.
Rooms can be dirty, carpets not cleaned properly, used plastic utensils found behind coffee maker, run down with broken items, few in room amenities, empty, broken shampoo dispensers, broken missing window screens on one visit so couldn't open windows for fresh air during nice weather. Some staff helpful, and kind, some surly
Typical of most residence and they have a full kitchen and complementary breakfast. As titanium members, we had a two bedroom suite even though we only used one. It’s a nice place to land for a few days.
