Loved our stay here! We visited family in Northern CA and then headed to Brea for a few days to extend our vacation. The hotel was built in 2022 so it's still relatively new. We received a wonderful welcome at the front desk and when we requested quarters for laundry she was more than happy to provide us with one or more rolls as she had just rolled a bunch of them. I did a family block here for my wedding and we had a wonderful experience. Truc and Beverly helped us set up our contract with ease and patience as we had a lot of guests deciding to join and traveling from far away. The entire staff on site made our experience wonderful. The Staff charged me $440 dollars at check in instead of $40 for the incidental hold on my card. They apologized, but the damage was already done. They canceled the charge, but I still won't be able to access that money for 5-10 business days. This sorta threw a wrench in my weekend plans being 440 dollars short for my birthday. There wasn't any compensation for the mix up. The room itself was great and clean but this was a super frustrating experience.
