Well managed property, with relatively easy access even given highway construction. Very clean, great breakfast buffet. Strong set of amenities.
I can confirm that the amount of positive reviews for this hotel are for good reason. Front desk is great, they have coloring for kids and treats for dogs. I grabbed a fresh baked cookie on my way to my room, lol. Room was super clean, pillows weren't too soft and bed was comfy. Breakfast was awesome!
First time staying at a Residence Inn, definitely will not be the last. Exceptional rooms, outstanding service, delicious and varied breakfast - loved the hot green chile!
Front desk guy Alex needs a lot of training, is a misfit and needs to learn how to have more agency while accomodating customers and their concerns, especially when they are legit. My situation was that I booked a hotel room here, the listing said sofa bed, when I arrived, they mentioned that they don't have any. If you read reviews, you will see, that someone else had the same situation not long back. The management failed to update the 3rd party that they don't have sofa bed, as a result, now my 2 kids didn't have a place ... read more
