In town for the AirForce graduation and overall a perfect hotel to stay at that was super close to everything and the base. We were only 15 minutes away and we had Saltgrass and Texas Roadhouse just right down the street from the hotel. They did comp a night for us as the fire alarm did go off around 3 AM and 4 AM on our last night there. Overall a great experience and would totally book here again.
Loved the room, and service
Service at front desk was very kind, but the quality of this hotel is EXTREMELY disappointing. As a loyal Marriott customer and elite member this is the worst quality property I stayed at. It looks like it was designed and all furniture was from the 80s. Couches stained, blood like stain right near bathroom, just gross. Bed was clean but the long standing areas that have been around for awhile were old, and just plain gross. Carpet also had a significant stench.
I have to say of all the Resident Inn'S that I've stayed at Unfortunately this one ranked lowest. Initially, when I checked in, I was greeted by a younger girl who was really quite rude. And seemed rather pleased to let me know that the card I had put on file only worked for of the rooms. Just as I suspected this was a mistake on her part that needed to be corrected. My family and I absolutely loved our stay here at the Residence Inn close to Sea World! The manager upgraded our room and gave us a little welcome snack bag when we arrived. The room was spacious and clean. The customer service was superb from the managers, the cleaning service and kitchen assistants during breakfast. We came to celebrate my son’s birthday with a trip to Sea World San Antonio, and our weekend was just about perfect! Thank you!
