Did not enjoy my stay at all, won't stay at this place again. Rooms were very loud with outdated AC units. Lights in bathroom flickered, electricity went out multiple times. My friend's room flooded and smelled like mold. Ice machine was broken and the breakfast was not the least but fresh.
You are charged for parking. Wasn't even there a full 24 hours. Check in was 4pm and checked out at 11am the next morning. Charged $8.66. Broken lock on bathroom. Broken towel bar in bathroom. Fell when I hung up the towel.
We love to stay @ Residence Inn San Antonio, we get the 2 room with kitchen. We can have family come visit and my husband likes the pool. Close to Sea World!
We stayed here for several days while visiting Sea World. For access to the park, the location is not bad. It’s just over a 10 minute drive, and traffic was not an issue. The hotel is located just off the highway and easy to access. The area is not densely populated, but they still charged an $8/day parking fee. There were a number of positives during our stay. I have been traveling all over the south and after many stays in hotels, this hotel has been the best thus far. The amenities, location and especially the hospitality have been superb. The hostess Roxanne was especially amazing! She was very kind and when I mentioned having a small U-haul, she (without me asking) offered to allow us to park close to the door in a non traditional parking area to better watch over it.
