Excellent room space with living area, kitchen, dining table Staff are so friendly and helpful
We stayed for a little over a week, and the front desk personnel and housekeepers were all so pleasantly kind. Very clean rooms, and the location is in a great area.
The room was spacious but I won't ever stay here again. The walls are paper thin and I heard people talking next door to 2am. They were not shouting so I blame the architecture, not them. The shower pressure was terrible, and the curtain is mounted too high so water sprays all over the tile floor the entire time. The toilet handle in my room was nearly broken off. Lastly, I found a pair of dirty socks under the desk (not mine) in plain sight so I question how well the rooms are cleaned. If this were a $90/night room I would ... read more
I recently stayed Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas Plano/The Colony with a large group of 20+ employees and families for our company Christmas party at a nearby venue. The staff was great and very accomodating to our large group. Big shout out to Alisha and Charles at the front desk for taking extra good care of employees! Great facilities, breakfast and accomodations, lots to do nearby this location.
I have stayed in many long-term hotels. This is the best one I have ever experienced. Stay here you will be glad you did..
