Check-in was good. The gentleman that checked us in was polite and accommodating. However, around 7 pm I kept trying to call down to the front desk and called a few times within a 20 minute period and no answer. Walked down to front desk no one was there. When the front desk agent came from the back office was rude even acted annoyed by my presence. She said her name was Jesse but had no name tag on. This is not the Marriott experience we are used to.
Clean rooms. Nice staff. We had a rowdy group of kids above our room all weekend. Mentioned it to the front desk, but it never stopped.
Highly recommend, very nice, quiet, and wonderful breakfast options
If you get a chance to stay here, book room 123. It's AH-MAZE-ING.
