Entire staff was wonderful. The accommodations were great.
Skimping on towels and always late to fulfi request like exchanging bad light bulbs or fixing leaking sinks. I stay for months at a time for work and I've had more prompt service at other residence inn. Titanium elite member.
My husband and I stayed in a king bedroom suite- very comfortable and clean. Staff was great - thought we left something in the room after we left and they went out of their way to find it. Breakfast was nice, price for suite very reasonable, could have a bigger tv in living room area but otherwise a great place to stay!
