Our company booked rooms at this Residence Inn for a business trip, only to have them jack up the rates due to a local event. Despite confirmed reservations and Titanium Elite status, they refused to honor the original price and wouldn’t let us cancel. To top it off, the front desk manager, Owillinda Brooke’s, was rude and dismissive to one of our new employees. This isn’t just bad service — it’s unethical. Marriott should be embarrassed. We won’t be returning.
Nice hotel. If you're using navigation to get there, it is going to get confusing, especially at night. You're going to turn into the QT and then left into the driveway of the hotel.
