Everything was great
I don’t know where to start took them 3 hours to get my room ready and made my pregnant wife sit and wait and when she asked how long they told her they don’t know… The room is nasty nasty mold the cabinets are scratched and carpets are ripped smells very old The tvs are small Horrible experience the staff are rude and don’t care don’t even apologize for messing up never coming here and would never recommend anyone to spend a penny here and don’t even try to go to the pool it’s nasty
The front desk staff has been the only saving grace for our stay here so far. They are friendly, attentive, and go beyond my expectations. However everything else is not worth it. We are here mandatorily due to personal life reasons and so far every guest who has come in has had no decorum for other guests, constantly running through hallways and stomping on upper floors.
