Longtime Marriott customer & Vacation Club Owner, so this one was NOT a good brand experience! I booked a one-night stay for Sep. 19th, using my Marriott Vacation Club points. Arrived in the afternoon, checked into ROOM 314 & noticed the thermostat read "80 degrees" but I had to dress quickly & get to an event. Upon returning around 10pm, the room was SUPER HOT - definitely unbearable for sleeping!
