The room needed several repairs and the staff did not repair the issues, during our stay. The toilet ran constantly, the towel rack came apart, the air conditioner was malfunctioning, the carpet was torn. I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay. I can assure you that I will never visit this property again. There is no maintenance on duty after 4pm and even if there was, nothing would be repaired. The front desk is staffed with competent people used to handling the hiccups of high volume. Alesha and the team take good care of guests. My room had a few things that needed fixing but the kitchen was clean and the beds are nice enough that you can overlook outside noise and still sleep. Thanks for a nice experience!
This was my first time staying at the Residence Inn Columbia Northwest/Harbison and unfortunately it will likely be my last. My stay from March 13–14, 2026 was extremely disappointing and far below the standard I expect from a Marriott property. I woke up to a roach crawling on the curtain in my room, and the garbage disposal had a very foul odor that made the kitchen area unpleasant to use. This hotel has great suites for family stay. They, however, overbook and then cancel your reservation the day before you come into town. (If it was overbooked why did I not hear about it on the 3rd when I booked the hotel???) I tried to email them back twice, with no response. Called and was told the GM Rebecca would call me back. She never did. Called AGAIN because we are about to travel and do not have any confirmation of a room to stay in.
