Stayed here for a week during a work trip. The rooms were great, and the staff were helpful and kind. Would stay again.
Stayed here for a girls' night with two of my friends. The larger corner suite was perfect for us and super clean. The room was immaculate and the hotel itself is really cool and funky. The dual shower heads were a nice touch and the free breakfast in the morning was great. It's a 5 minute walk to the piers so you can enjoy the beautiful views whole you drink your coffee. TL;DR 1. Apparent lack of training and horrible attitude from staff members 2. Non-existent sound proofing that lying in bed you can hear everything from neighboring rooms clearly 3. 4am 10+ mins garbage truck pickup daily on the alley side and they’re “always fully booked with lots of clients staying for weeks/months” guests have low chance of switching out of Actual review: Nice and new renovation, large room with separated area for business and bed.
