It has been very hot, but you would think a hotel with high standards would have working air-conditioning in the room or fix it when told about the problem. We have gone without air-conditioning for most of our trip, and we are so upset about what has happened.
I’ve stayed here a couple of times now and overall I would say it is okay. Maintenance could definitely be better but then again most hotels these days have similar issues. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish they wouldn’t put meat on everything at breakfast so everyone could enjoy it. Previous reviewer is correct that the outlets are so worn that my plugs just fall out of them.
There one night, didn't have time to do any investigation but we got a good room.
