Hotel management and staff don't care about customers.
Dominic the assistant manager is fire such a happy guy to see has a smile aways aways on it if something is needed and checking in before check out time witch I don't mind as a forgetful person rooms are so nice after renovations and so comfortable
Clean, quiet, and great location.
The room was lovely and clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only problem was our specific room. Room 126 has an air compressor or something through the wall behind the headboard. It turns on every 30 mins-hour, and it’s low and loud enough that my earplugs didn’t work. I was very tired and able to sleep through it for the first half of the night, but not the second half. There definitely needs to be more soundproofing.
