This place really was the perfect, 10/10 book the romance package! I also want to shout out Herb Holley for the outstanding service and going above and beyond to make our stay magical that man deserves a raise
Nice cosy place. Well behaved staff. We stayed for 3 night right before Memorial Day and we liked our stay a lot. People are very well behaved there. And the breakfast bacons 🥓 were cooked perfectly. The live music in the balcony was nice as well.
Poor customer service from Barbara (condescending) and Herb (avoidant and dishonest): After noticing duplicate charges regarding my reservation, I called the hotel for clarification and was initially told someone would call me back. No one ever did. When I called back a day or so later, I spoke with Barbara, who was extremely dismissive, rude, and condescending throughout the conversation. Clean and spacious room. The breakfast is great, especially the white rice porridge with the spicy pickled mustard stem. I have stayed in many Marriott brand hotels and this is the only ONE that offer this food. It makes me feel home. The lady called Min who looks after the breakfast area is very professional and nice. The area is spotless! Whenever I come back next time, this hotel would be my #1 choice.
