The most helpful, polite service anywhere! Easy parking and great location.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable but there was an odd smell I noticed upon arrival. I didn't notice it anymore once I was in the room for a bit. It was a quiet hotel. The parking garage was easy to access. Its a very walkable hotel, situated close to many things to do.
I've stayed at many Residence Inns and the configuration of the rooms here was the best for me. The location is convenient to many restaurants and the downtown amenities. My only issues were that the hallways can get slightly noisy at night and the enhanced internet was not available.
