The hotel is great, but the staff is excellent! I come here every two weeks.
We stay here yearly during our long road trip-- love the location, walkable to several restaurants, quiet area; we like the extra room of a full refrigerator and living area. Service is excellent-- staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful-- especially Erica at front desk--so friendly and very efficient. Downside is that the hotel seriously needs renovation-- rooms are dark, especially bathroom area, and are overdue for an upgrade.
Clean spacious rooms. Super comfortable beds and pillows. QUIET!!! I had an issue with a 3rd party booking site but the Manager, whose initials are S.P. (I try not to put whole names for privacy concerns) went above and beyond in getting me set up. The front desk attendant was amazing! We talked a bit about our times in NOLA(I'm sorry I don't remember her name). If I stay in BR again this will always be my first choice. Thank you all so much for making my stay comfortable and relaxing
