Total 5 out of 5 star experience. Except for the guest who set off the fire alarm/smoke detector by overcooking bacon, but that's not the hotel's fault LOL. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Stacy and Nae!
Nae is absolutely amazing 👏 she's here most days and goes above and beyond within limitations for her guests. She has truly helped me to feel like I'm home away from home, including giving hugs, food recommendations, and event recommendations. She's so knowledgeable, pleasant, and genuinely cares about you and makes you feel like family. Highly recommend!
The hotel room definitely needs some upgrades. The bathroom door hinges are rusty and seem to be the original ones. The bathtub is so old that it’s stained, giving the impression of dirt rather than wear. Plus, the drainage is awful; the tub fills up while you’re trying to shower. The hotel only refreshes the room if you ask for it unless yoire staying two or more days. If im paying over $200 a night for a room, why should I have to request new towels and a made up bed? Don't waste your time. Do not stay

After a terrible experience at another extended stay nearby, I arrived here late at night with no reservation and was immediately taken care of by the night clerk.
