This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and coming from a Marriott-branded hotel, it was especially disappointing. Our first room had a lizard crawling inside, which was terrifying and completely unacceptable. We immediately requested a room change. The new room, however, had no Wi-Fi signal at all. When we reported the issue to the front desk, they kept saying a technician was “working on it.” But we noticed other rooms nearby had perfectly fine Wi-Fi, so clearly the issue was specific to our room. The room was spot less, well kept, the pool was functional with plenty of sitting space and towels, we actually had dinner at the pool. The best part was the customer service from Maryann, Aman and the other staff. They were accommodating, engaging and followed up. Thank you for a great experience.
