The operator was very rude on the phone, didn’t want to send me the schedule to Disney transfer. For this reason, I will not make my reservation I just needed to know the time bus leave and back to the hotel to check if is worth to me. Terrible experience on the phone

We were a group of 11 and had booked a two-bedroom suite along with a one-bedroom suite. The check-in process was a nightmare. We had arranged for contactless check-in, knowing we’d be arriving late after a full day at a Disney theme park. Hallways are dirty and the breakfast food was bare as staff was not refilling. Overall service was lacking at this location.
