We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. A special shout-out to Charity at the front desk—she was absolutely pleasant and welcoming. She was very thorough during check-in and took the time to make sure we had all the information we needed for our stay. Her friendly and helpful service really stood out. We would definitely stay here again!

Disaster experience. Booked through company travel company and this place has zero process figured out for booking through 3rd party, so checking in/out was a disaster. It's actually a college dorm that leases out unoccupied rooms during summer months, so if you don't mind that kind of stay it might be ok. Fire Alarm wakeup calls are apparently still a thing though so better be OK with that as well. I'll never stay here again and it will not hurt my feelings... Elevators out, dirty common areas, etc... If youre looking for a below average room that is cheaper than other options this is not a bad place to stay. Its clean and spacious but its pretty low quality. The room was way too hot, and obviously the thermostat is just there for show. The water pressure in the shower was essentially as if you poked holes in a water bottle and let the water trickle. We also asked for an extra pillow and they dont have any. Bare bones hotel but it was "cheap" I guess.

I booked the Conference Centre for a work event, and I'm so glad I did! Ahmad was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and made the entire booking process seamless from start to finish. The location was perfect, and the facility was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Everything went smoothly, and our team had a great experience. I would definitely book here again.
