tl;dr: Parking-ticket bureaucracy nightmare, false-alarm bedbug scare, incorrect info from desk staff. Tolstoy: We stayed for a weekend competition. I was realistic that this was a dorm and not a hotel, but it failed at even that. When I arrived, the drop-off zone in front of the building was full so I used a drop-off zone around the side. It's a college residence so it's not fancy but the price is right and the location is great. Clean and well kept.
Our stay here did not start well…. After checking in we found our room was already occupied! Front desk staff were very apologetic and eventually found us another room. This mixup raised questions to us as to how secure this place is. Our room was dirty, smelled, and was noisy. Despite turning off the air conditioning in our room there was a constant loud fan noise on all the time. Had to buy earplugs to sleep! Not recommended.
