Me and my boyfriend loved staying for the night. Almost like you have your own apartment, everything working well and for what you have the price is so cheap! Everything was clean, no dust. We were septic about the bed but finally we slept like baby all night. The environment is super cozy and the staff was kind. One things that I’ll recommend for the place is to have a toilet brush. Parking is not convenient as you have to walk to plot 10 but not in front of you, what’s the point you take summer break opportunity from your colleague dormitory for profit but not full facility? Don’t expect a normal hotel service here, as it’s just a dormitory, so amenities like breakfast, gym, swimming pool….don’t have it here, neither it’s kids friendly hotel for families. Good part of it: you save money by living through your young college time
Compared to what I'm used to, U.S hotels, you get a lot for the money
This is a wonderful place to stay. I stayed here with my family for over one and a half months and left 30/7/25. The front desk staff, including few names like Anna Nicole and Chirag, that I can remember were just wonderful and made our stay a great one. The house keeping staff were equally good. This is my second stay in the Residence and there are no regrets. The first time, there was no Wi-Fi but this time around, the WiFi services are fully operational and working well.
