It's fair to say you get what you pay for, and at these prices one shouldn't be expecting a luxury hotel. Our room on the 20th floor was large, very clean, quiet and very basic, with a view of the city. The bed was about hip height, good mattress, comfortable but getting out of bed you have to stretch your leg to reach the floor. The floor was painted concrete, with no carpet or rugs. nice high ceiling rooms, large windows and great view of the city. Broken air- conditioning system. good breakfast. working faucets, clean room. even the ref hardly cooled the food we stored. We paid 69$ to upgrade for an air conditioned room. and we got a lemon! refund my upgrade fee and be accountable.
Loved everything! Just wished that the floors were finished cus they’re clean (everything was spotless, 5 stars for the cleaning crew) but look a bit dirty just because they’re concrete but some people like that style so this is a me problem lol
Booked a room, and they didn’t even bother mentioning that there’s no air conditioning. When I asked one of the staff members about it, she gave me attitude. Breakfast is included, but it tasted terrible. When I went to get coffee, they had already run out of both coffee and milk. I asked another staff member, and I was met with attitude again. Just to clarify, this is a hostel rather than a traditional hotel, so it is important to set expectations accordingly. We booked a two-bed suite, but the rooms were extremely small and uncomfortably warm. There was no proper ventilation, air conditioning, or fan available in the room. When we asked the receptionist for fans, we were initially told to come back later. As it was already close to midnight, we were asked to wait until around 1 a.m., which was very inconvenient.
