The floors in the unit were dirty. The floor had been cleaned. There was dust and hair on the floor. I had a new pair of slippers and after five days in the unit the soles were dirty.
I was greeted by friendly staff. Upon opening the room door the shuttle looked fine. There are two inner bedrooms with their own doors and a kitchen with microwave, stovetop & fridge. Unfortunately, there was no cutlery, pots/pans, dish towels, etc. the room was roasting, both windows faced west and the blinds were up, letting the room heat up even more.
