The best place to stay good staff.we have a wonderful manger Mrs sandy is the best she always there to listen and she always there with a snack for everyone and all of the maintenance are wonderful but eddy works so hard for us ..I like cause if you put in a order something needs fixing in your apartment we don’t have to wait until the next day they comes to fix it same day .our bus driver takes us to store every Wednesday and we buy groceries and he sit patiently for us .we have plenty of time to shop.mrs sandy have dinner ... read more

On a recent visit to Residence at the Oaks I was again so impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the residents. The management team is led by Sandy Martin (no relation), the best property manager I've ever met who knows and cares for each and every resident, evidenced by the relationship they have individually and as a community. It truly feels like family and home. This property is so beautifully maintained and one of the nicest communities I've ever seen.
