It’s a nice building very quiet. The residents are kind and old but it’s a living community for the elderly. The apartments are decent sizes but the rent is a bit on the higher side for low income individuals. Pets are allowed but with a monthly fee! They often have small gathering for free breakfast on weekends every other month. Over all not a bad location since the mall is across the parking lot but there are tons of activities to do when your in town. Our application was denied because of my father’s age(81) and the income. They knew he won’t live there alone. I understand there are income requirements, but denning the opportunity for a senior to have a nice, confortable place to live without further investigation it’s inadmissible. This are senior’s building and not all of them have highs income.
