the residents were the only good thing to happen here... the senior staff does not care for your safety as an employee. I was physically attacked by my female supervisor and was more or less forced to quit because my bosses made it clear that they literally don't care about anything but themselves. it was a real eye opener that if a place has a whole family working there that they gang up on you and eventually you get fired for no true reason. great residents again but do not work for them... not unless you want to be attack... read more
RecommendedI definitely recommend this facility, the biggest drawback is there is a lack of reliable internet connection. Great staff, kind and caring.
After searching many, many options as to where our family could find a new home for our ailing father, 94 age, we chose The Residences at Oakridge and found it the perfect place. Dad received the best care and attention and came to love his new home. He received 3 meals a day, love and support, new friendships, and constant attention, even though the night.
