I have lived here for almost 6 years and Keyanna has been the best property manager so far! She makes you feel seen and heard. If you have any issues she is very understanding. The grounds are always well kept. Sits back on a dead end street which makes it quiet and safe for kids and pets! Finally she has worked on putting on events for the residents which we all can appreciate from time to time!
Keyanna is the landlord here and will actually treat you like a human? I’ve never seen her without a smile. She’s never been disrespectful. She’s attentive and cares about her residence hands-down the best landlady you could ask for She’s trying to build community and improve the property and make it all around enjoyable experience to be here10/10
is the perfect affordable apartment. the place is clean quiet but older. neighbors are quiet but does not have a washer or dryer in apartment (community share). The manager Debbie is great and will help in any way she can. would definitely rent there again.
Perfect for a cheap quiet place to live if you're on a budget. Rent it very affordable and the property manager Debbie is very outgoing and helpful. She is very attentive to any issues that need addressed. Neighbors are all quiet and chill. Would definitely rate this place an 8.5/10. The quality of the units aren't the best but other than that it's a great place to live!
