I have lived at the residence at midland for 9 months. I am a single mother that is trying really hard to find a descent priced place for my son and I to live. I recently came into some financial issues and really needed to downsize to a smaller cheaper apartment. The office manager said she would not transfer me due to minor damage to the walls that could be easily fixed. RecommendedSuper sweet! Whitnee was very kind and gave us answers to all the questions we were asking. Beautiful place to live!! Amazing floor plans, has all the great necessities to make a lovely home. Definitely recommend checking them out!
I think this unfair I went to look at these apartments and online they were saying 6 weeks free rent and 1/2 off application and admin fee.When I got there they are saying that promotion is over I don’t think that was fear to someone who took there time off from work as a first responder and then go to find out that it was just false advertising.You guys should make sure you on all platform that there is the right advertisement and not false information!
Do not move here! You will go without AC, maintenance does not come and fix anything unless it’s 85 degrees or hotter (I would like anyone on the team to set their temps that high for a night). Absolutely one of the worst places I’ve lived and I will make sure that everyone I know and work with is told about how awful this place is and to never move here. Biggest mistake ever!
