Love these Apartments! And the Staff is Amazing!! As I walked in was Greeted By Kiersten she Was very Professional and Knew exactly what I needed and what I was looking For. She made the Process very Smooth and Very Prompt with Communication. When handing me over the Keys. My apartment was Super Clean , as well as the Apartment Complex!! Very EXCITED that I chose this Residence. Wish I could give TEN Stars !! Thank you Kiersten and your Team!!

I moved into The Residence at Marina Bay in late February, and it has been an incredible experience from day one. The Property Manager, Caylyn, and Leasing Agent, Kierstin, are truly the best! Both are so sweet, attentive, and go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. The maintenance team is equally impressive with their responsiveness, professionalism, and kindness!
