I’ve lived here for 6 months and I couldn’t be more happy. It started when I first moved in. I drove here from NY and had another apartment (heights at lake murray) picked out, but when I got there the unit was a mess and the staff there didn’t do anything about it. So I called Marina Bay on a Sunday, during their off hours, and Kiersten (hope I’m spelling that right) came in and got me all set up. The unit was spotless, freshly painted, and move in ready. Do not apply here unless your sure you fit the criteria. I submitted an application & paid $350 broken down as $100 application fee & $250 admin fee. Dud not neet income threshold so called to ask about the $250 admin fee refunded as assumed that was the fee to process move in leae etc. No they will not refund this either. So $350 to complete online application only to be told income does not meet threshold. Just be informed is all.
Great location and moderately priced apartments.
Friday night my air went out. I called maintenance and within 1 hour they showed up and it was fixed. There has been a few other minor issues over the last couple months and the service we get is absolutely the best. We LOVE this community and the management is above and beyond number 1 with taking care of the residents!! Bravo !!
