If I could rate zero stars, I would. BPG has truly been the worst landlord experience I have ever had. There are so many reasons to never rent a BPG property. First, they do not care about their tenants wellbeing or health. My AC broke May 18th and nearly two months later, it still is not fixed. Instead, they have given me replacement after replacement portable AC, which cannot keep the apartment cooler than 80 degrees in this heat. Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago to tour a property I was really excited to see. Showed up on time, no sign of the property manager. Called the contact number, got sent to a customer service agent who was totally useless. Emailed the property manager after waiting and calling 15 minutes with no communication. My husband finally gets through to her and she says she’s still on her way. So we left. Then she emails saying she was only 12 minutes away at another property. I have lived in several BPG owned apartment units over the past 5 or so years. All the units have been top of the line and standard setting. The views from Rodney Square are amazing and highlight key points of the city. You can overlook the park and witness some featured Wilmington events such as the annual Jazz Festival or the Grand Prix. On other sides you can see the entire downtown strip of Market Street or the Delaware Memorial Bridge.
