the easiest way to put how bad this place is is they get mad if you do your job and if a client spots them doing so they either a kick the client out or b. discredit the client to the point of the client feels stupid or both of the same time. when you move in they pretty much force you to sign paperwork saying they can control when you leave the house and if you don't sign it or if you are on juvenile parole or probation or adult they will in a way find a way to force you whether you sign it or not they do not respect client... read more
I've worked here for almost 7 years and without a doubt they are the best residential care agency in Vancouver, I've heard multiple horror stories about all the other agencies in the area. I like how the administration team here make you feel wanted and appreciated as an employee. I would highly recommend anyone looking to go into this type of work to come to reside but I'm not going to lie and say that it's an easy job because it not easy by any means but with the right tools you can be successfull here!
