If you want to be deceived then this is the place! I toured the place before signing the lease and the biggest mistake I made was not opening the cabinets or asking if they had any pest problems (not like they’d tell the truth anyway). Upon moving in I discovered several dead cockroaches including in my fridge and cabinets plus small black worms in the toilet that would reappear after flushing them down the toilet. The neighbors are good, it is a very quiet place in my opinion, it is a shame that the office and maintenance are the worst in this place. We have lived here for over a year. We have reported many things about the apartment since last year and they have only come to see things that I preferred to fix myself since it had a water leak and I never received a response about it if you are looking for a well-maintained place. and attention from the office this place never responds to your complaints

I have been practically complaining since August 16 about a water leak in the part of the roof, there is no apparent response other than messages of "report it now?" How many messages and missed calls do I have to make for someone to do their job? Terrible maintenance service sucks.
