The neighbors are good, it is a very quiet place in my opinion, it is a shame that the office and maintenance are the worst in this place. We have lived here for over a year. We have reported many things about the apartment since last year and they have only come to see things that I preferred to fix myself since it had a water leak and I never received a response about it if you are looking for a well-maintained place. and attention from the office this place never responds to your complaints

I have been practically complaining since August 16 about a water leak in the part of the roof, there is no apparent response other than messages of "report it now?" How many messages and missed calls do I have to make for someone to do their job? Terrible maintenance service sucks.

I lived in one of their properties for 6 years and recently moved. Maintenance was horrible. My air conditioner wasn't working when I first moved in and had to have them come out multiple times. The first time they came and turned it on and said air was blowing so it was fine, but it wasn't blowing cold air. Had to take a video with a thermometer showing how hot it was inside. Then my dishwasher started flooding the kitchen, they came and said it was fine and it was just from the soap I was using (which I had used for years ... read more
