Spacious, naturally illuminated, good sized, well decorated, etc…
We rented an apartment through them for our short 4 day stay in San Francisco. We were surprising really impressed with the place for what we paid. They really are reasonable and the place was spotless on our arrival. I would def use them again!!
I made a reservation with RESI through Airbnb that I had to cancel because we were unable to get to California due to the wildfires. When I asked for a refund, I was told to call Airbnb but that I would only get the cleaning fee back. I called and Airbnb refunded the cleaning fee. Given the circumstances, Airbnb also offered to refund the Airbnb fee without me having to ask.
