I have never, in almost 20 years of dealing with Endocrinology offices and endocrinologists in general, had a worse experience. My youngest son has been Type 1 since he was 16 months old…I’m not new to this. My middle son has been type 1 since he was 10. They are now 21 and 23 respectively. Since 2011, they have seen the Endocrinologist at the same time. They have been on OMNIPODS for 13 YEARS. They have had 5 different endocrinologist due to moving or Drs moving. Dr. Parab listens and is wonderful. Unfortunately the Stafford office is impossible to deal with. I've been trying since Dec 20th 2023 to get my Rx filled for the levothyroxine that I need to take to LIVE for the rest of my life. My call log no longer goes back that far. It took help from the Fredericksburg office's manager to finally get an appointment at Stafford. That appt was 4/30/24 & I was sent for labs there to be able to get my Rx filled. I sat in the lab lobby for 30min calling the Dr's office because they never sen... read more
