Purchased a vouchers through Groupon and called both numbers listed several times over a 2 week period. Even left literally 5 messages for a return call to schedule an appointment. I never received a return call and no one ever answered the phone. On my final attempt someone answered the phone but never said anything I could here them moving around. I’ve never written a survey before but I can start writing one from today. I purchased a service from Groupon, called and booked an appointment for 3:45pm, left my job, got there and they said no availability. SMH.. the lady pleaded with giving me another date and time to make it up to me but getting there , their office was closed until today as we speak and they already charged my account about a month and a week ago. Please do not waste your time and resources. So sad 😭

Experience was horrible. I purchased a voucher off of Groupon then I tried to call numberous times to schedule an appointment no one picked up. It took me forever to get my refund. The moral of the story is to call first before you buy off Groupon so you won't struggle getting a refund.

I had a 9 am appt .Noone is here and the number listed in Google is not correct with no forwarding number. What? Glad I didn't drive far to conduct this business otherwise I'd probably be more upset..Not cool
