The personal greeting and the exercises they give you to meet you needs was incredible. The one on one was amazing. I was showed how to use my posture while getting the best results for my needs. Highly recommend this place. Family oriented. I left with such confidence. Thank you Gabriel!
Love this place. Lots of equipment, great trainers, and workout vibes. I've been training with Bryan for nearly a year now, amazing trainer.
The dog was the best part What a great mascot
Working out with a dog running loose is the most irritating thing and it really bothers me that the dog will just walk up to people and the owner won't recall him to get out of a persons personal space. I love dogs, but I don't like when dogs I don't know come up to me. The music is a bit frustrating and, what I feel, inappropriate. I can barely hear myself think or hear the person I'm working out with. Positive: I love how clean the place is and the people I have come across are very friendly.
