Property Management here is very neglected how they dispose their contraction trash, all year long every day there is a junk yard at their back of the building. This property doesn’t care about neighbors and that their back is someone’s front and main view. Disgusting!
A very well maintained apartment complex ! Aesthetics and staff of the apartment has improved over the years. Delivery systems run smoothly and the rooms are a small descent size, perfect for small families :) really great diverse communities residing there and the managers are accommodating to people of all ages. 👍 another honorable mention; this apartment complex is not only suitable for seniors and families, but are EXCELLENT for college students !!
I have lived here for a couple years now and have had a great experience. The management and maintenance teams are both very helpful and kind. The building is very well maintained and clean. The location is wonderful, close to multiple trains and buses, a beautiful park right across the street and just a short walk to good restaurants.
I am trying to contact management to set up a time to schedule a tour for some available apartments. The online scheduling system does not work on my phone or laptop, and no one is returning my calls. Please reach out to me, I am very interested in leasing an apartment! Will happily take this review down if someone gets in touch with me. Thanks.
