Had a colonoscopy done there a few years ago, and the anaesthetist walked in reeking of alcohol, and fumbled to get the needle in. Very painful. I should have walked out, but I did report him to Dr Mariani.
Tried to book an appointment for the GI specialist and couldn't even make it to booking an initial appointment. The receptionist, Karen (her actual name - but it fits), answered the phone and then proceeded to place me on hold for 40 minutes. She took me off hold once accidentally, only to realise I was still waiting, uttered an "oh", said nothing to me directly, and then put me on hold again. If you're looking for customer service, try somewhere else.
Flabbergasted…. Enough said
Not even deserved a one star. A complete greedy doctors, very poor service and some unmannered doctor assistant. Horrible.
