Reservoir Inn Altho the business has changed hands a few times, it still has excellent quality food and service. Decent prices and great atmosphere and a beautiful surrounding area near the Ashokan Reservoir.
Terrific food, one of the best in the area The food is excellent and service friendly and welcoming. there is a huge selection ... something for everyone. For the price, the place can't be beat. I think you get NYC quality meals for a fraction of the price. Other places in the area don't match up to the value either. The seafood is fresh and well-prepared. I would recommend this place to anyone. The decor is great as well.
Incredible Experience I have been to this restaurant very recently and the food was incredible. I had a wonderful dinner of chicken marsala with capons, broccoli and house potatoes. The salad dressing was homemade and was delicious. I found the atmosphere to be very romantic and welcoming. I intend to go back very soon and the 6.5 hour drive will be completely worth it.
Not worth the trip I have been to private parties and also just for dinner and this is definately not worth the trip. The food is ok, I can do better at home. The dining room seemed very crowded and the service was slow.
