Jason Halter did an amazing job. Not only did he do the original home inspection, he reinspected home after repairs were made. Very pleased with home inspection. Extremely thorough, communicated information, easy to reach and very professional. I would definitely use again and recommend!
Stay away from them! They costed me thousands of dollars because they neglected to properly check the drainage underneath the crawl space! When I called and emailed about the problem they never responded.
Mr. Halter was very personable and knowledgeable but missed several items that were not found until after our move in. I dont feel the inspection was up to par. The roof was mentioned in our discussions and marked okay but found well over 4 lbs of shingle material in the gutters clogging 2 of them to the point that water was standing in them.
