I've lived here for years., the unit is nice, up to date and my neighbors are great. Were like one big family in my building. The office staff is Soooo friendly. Whenever I have a maintenance issue it is resolved the same day or within a few days. Not to mention the housing charges are very affordable. I encourage you to stop by and find out for your self.
RENTERS BEWARE!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! DEF NOT WHAT IT SEEMS. THE APARTMENTS ARE INFESTED WITH MICE AND CRACK HEADS!!! THEY CRACK HEADS WORKING IN THE OFFICE TOO!!! THE MEMBERSHIP FEE IS BOGUS, THEY DO NOTHING FOR THE RESIDENTS, MAINTENANCE IS JOKE!!!! THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED, THEY NEVER GET ANYTHING DONE BESIDE CLEANING OUTSIDE!!! THE LADY LISA IN THE OFFICE IS A JUNKIE!! NEVER PAY WITH A CHECK THEY STEAL FROM YOU!!!
