Would rate a 0 if I could. I have been trying to reach them for a month with no success. No one will answer the phone or return a voicemail, no one responds to emails or the website messages, and you can't stop by in person because they are appointment only. I am trying to complete the homebuyer program through them but after completing the online portion I cannot reach anyone to schedule the housing counseling meeting.
