Was having some difficulties and Gia sorted them out immediately. Every time I call I can count on her to help out. 💯
They didn't help us atvall. They actually made me fell worse. Took 5 month to help me get a bill paid and still do not know if they are fixed yet. Always late on fa c time. Then only talk to my wife for like 5 to 8 minutes. The Doctor got mad at me because I told her no one is helping my with getting my money back from Quest labs and Medicare. 6 months now and no money back. They didn't know the codes for a urine test. So we decided to just go somewhere else. Place is not recommended atcall.
When you call they act like you are a nuisance to them. I barely called them only when they lied to me about getting an evaluation for ADHD. They told me they have me on a waiting list, weeks go by I hear crickets. I call politely say can I have a timeframe Im starting school soon. I’m then told yes we have to switch the provider because your provider is not qualified to evaluate for ADHD. How is that even possible in todays world? So they told me they forwarded it to management. Its been 1.5 months I haven't heard anything.... read more
