Awful experience with this office. They partner with MamaLift (also awful), and when I didn't receive my virtual appointment link, I called to check in. First of all, the office is incredibly noisy, and you can barely hear the admin when they answer the phone. In this day and age, with all the noise cancellation options, you'd think they could do better with their systems. They pressured me into taking medication I didn't want, despite my past negative experiences. While I respect that it may work for others, it was not the right choice for me. I was told I'd ruin my family and career if I didn't start, which felt manipulative and inappropriate. When I expressed that I didn't want to try different medications just to "see what works," the response was basically, "This time will be different because we're prescribing it." Been taking the same medications for 10 years and this is the only place that makes me jump through hoops to get my medication. And they made me have a drug test done and then lost my results!!! Now they want me to get another one?
