I would never recommend this place to anyone. My mother sought care from Nicole Bryan for an unrelated health issue, and during that process, Nicole made the decision to take her off an anxiety medication she had been on for a very long time. My mother did not ask to come off of them. Medications like this require a slow, carefully managed taper—typically over the course of a year to a year and a half. I myself was not going to write a review but this has to stop, I will not recommend Reservoir Health to anyone, I had an appointment with a therapist I can say about two months ago for evaluation for weight loss Surgery. Unknown to me I went to my doctors to finalize everything and no report was given to my doctor or no report was given to me. Had an appointment booked. Planned my workday and childcare around the appointment only for the provider to not show. I called the office per the text instructions to do so if the provider does not show, only to be told the provider could not take me as a patient and they’d need to reschedule me with someone else. You have to sign agreeing to pay for late cancellation or no show fees, but they can waste your time for free. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your needs. The nurse practitioner is great and the therapist good. The only thing is you can't access them because if something goes wrong with their computer system and you can't do zoom. They will not do anything to fix it. And after trying for 12 appointments to give them a chance to fix it and spending the whole appointment time x 12 visits I finally quit their services. It sucks because I really liked the nurse practitioner and the therapist. 😡
Don't waste your time or money here.
