I have been a patient of record for years. Dr. Crenshaw is really great. However, I have not been able to get my prescriptions called in to the correct pharmacy. I have called them every day to get them called in. My pharmacy even called. He said no one returned his phone call. Every time I call, I get the same response - "we are going to do it today." Dr. Crenshaw has been seeing me since 1993. I love him! He is such a kind and caring physician. I just wish he had hospital privileges!!
