Our 25 year old son finally needed his 4 sideways wisdom teeth removed. The dentist guided him, and us!, thru every step. It was a tough, throbbing week for our son and Reservoir Dentist's help didn't stop when we left. We were in constant communication via text, esp that first night, and days after. Texts were answered almost immediately. Their customer service, (excellent staff!) dedication to their patients, was such a joy to see. I had an excellent experience at Reservoir Dental. I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction, and I was truly impressed by how quick and seamless the procedure was—it was over in less than a minute. I want to start off by saying I understand and take accountability for missing or late-canceling appointments in the past, and I respect the office’s 24-hour policy. However, that does not justify how I was treated during my most recent interaction. When I called to cancel, the receptionist spoke to me in a rude and dismissive tone, repeatedly stated that I was in breach of contract, talked over me, and hung up before I could finish speaking, even after I apologized. Was very scared sense it was my first surgery, they do the exam first then schedule u a week later for the removal and honestly best experience I ever had , the staff was very sweet and very friendly and one of the doctors helpers held my hand and made me feel better , my teeth took not even 2 mins an they was out😭😳, I’m on day 2 ! So far so good ! I recommend this place a they even prescribe you anxiety meds also if needed before surgery!
