I had an excellent experience at Reservoir Dental. I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction, and I was truly impressed by how quick and seamless the procedure was—it was over in less than a minute. I want to start off by saying I understand and take accountability for missing or late-canceling appointments in the past, and I respect the office’s 24-hour policy. However, that does not justify how I was treated during my most recent interaction. Was very scared sense it was my first surgery, they do the exam first then schedule u a week later for the removal and honestly best experience I ever had , the staff was very sweet and very friendly and one of the doctors helpers held my hand and made me feel better , my teeth took not even 2 mins an they was out😭😳, I’m on day 2 ! 10/10 would not recommend to go here I’m stuck in pain and they won’t do nothing about it now I have to go to the hospital to get medicine to control the pain I’m in just terrible.
Went to Dr. V for an extraction. I had a tooth infection that made it hard to numb, but Dr. V got it done. My tooth came out so quickly, I said "That's it??" LOL I had no pain the next day! A+
