Great management: The management is friendly with both residents and guests and they get things done quick
Out of all the other places in salina, these guys actually care. Pet friendly, community is very quiet and friendly, my wife and I love it!
This is a great place to raise a family. The apartment complex is clean, friendly, with great amenities! Apartments themselves are well maintained and property management are quick to fix any issues that arise!
Discriminatory, unprofessional, and not tenant-focused. My time at The Reserves at Prairie Glen was marked by inconsistent policy enforcement, retaliation for asserting my rights, and discrimination related to my disability and family status. Management frequently failed to communicate clearly or respectfully. I cannot recommend this property to anyone seeking a stable or supportive place to live.
