I would not recommend this apartment complex. The management is condescending and dismissive of tenants I was watching my disabled mothers service animals while she was in the hospital and got written up for not informing the manager that I had my mothers dogs over for 2 nights they weren't staying here full time it was just to help my disabled mother, the rent system for payment which can only be done online has failed multiple times and I HAD TO PAY THE FEES I even proved to them with my bank that it was faulty on the soft... read more
I have been so very happy here! I’m amazed at how helpful the front office has been! They have been especially wonderful about helping me with computer-related difficulties with my billing and setting up my automatic payments. I really appreciate their informative monthly newsletters. They even plan fun activities for residents each month! These often include delicious snacks and games with prizes. I moved into The Reserves at Pilot Butte Apartments back in August and I couldn't be happier! From the moment I arrived, the luxurious amenities and beautifully maintained grounds were an immediate attention grabber. The staff here are absolutely phenomenal. They go above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and supported. I was particularly impressed with their flexibility. We have resided at The Reserves for 6 1/2 years and enjoy both the townhouse and the location. We have found the staff to be responsive and friendly. A special shout-out to Scott of the maintenance crew! This week he worked feverishly to remedy a problem with our hot water heater. He made repeated visits to identify the problem and replaced aging elements (while simultaneously tending to other emergency repairs and time-sensitive maintenance). Voila! Hot water restored! After the tour, I talk (which was quite uncomfortable), asked my price range - I told her, and she said she could suggest low income place??? My budget was not low income. I felt like it was racist and streotyping. She could not even apologize and became mad when I told her she was assuming.
