We had a shuttle booked for my bachelorette party and I don’t know how people do it any other way! Isaac picked us up from our rental and explained how the day would go, he kept us on schedule for each winery, took pictures of us. His relationships with people at the other wineries helped us rearrange one tasting for a tour and got us spectacular service. We had way more fun given the service we were provided and had the best day.
Chris was a highlight of our trip. Through his connections, he was always able to ensure we were constantly taken care of. Chris picked us up at our airbnb and took us to Slate Theory. His friendship with the owner landed us a great tour of the vineyard and wine cellar. Chris also recommended Signor Vineyards which was beautiful and we got some great souvenirs at Joanne’s Market. We had a great time on our tour today, we were able to choose the wineries and had our driver recommend others to us. Issac was our driver and absolutely MADE our day and our trip. He was attentive, helpful, and such a safe driver. He made sure we were always hydrating and took our group photos everywhere we went. He was so much more helpful than I expected from a driver!!! I’ve done a similar tour with a different company before and would absolutely book with reserve tours again next trip!!!
I would absolutely recommend Reserve tours. We used them for our group 12 for a weekend- including airport pickup and drop off in Austin and a 4 stop wine tour during our weekend stay in Fredericksburg. Our driver was always on time, super professional and helpful, and was part of the family by the end of the trip.
Gary was excellent in helping us set up a personalized tour. Great service. Really enjoyed the afternoon. Highly recommend.
