I want to say a BIG thank you to Gary at Reserve Tours for all his assistance when we travelled to Fredericksburg. Prior to our trip he patiently answered all our questions and gave very insightful feedback on the wineries we were thinking of visiting. Everything was so easy from start to finish. Great communication and exception service. Gary was wonderful to book with and flexible with anything we needed. The bus was spacious, clean, had snacks, music, ac, etc. AND the piece de resistance was our driver Isaac. You MUST request him as he was incredible. We had the most incredible driver! Isaac provided exceptional service to our group for my bachelorette party! Isaac, Isaac, he’s our man, if he can’t do it he will find someone who can!! LITERALLY wrangled 8 of us and anything we needed. Made us feel very safe. We have booked other buses before but after this-we will only be Reserve Tour girls and requesting Isaac until he is sick of us🤣
We booked a wine tour with Reserve Tours on 7/11/25 and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The entire process—from booking to drop-off—was smooth, professional, and thoughtful. Because I travel with a service animal, Reserve Tours went out of their way to accommodate us with one of their smaller, private vehicles—a Lincoln Navigator—which made the day even more comfortable and enjoyable. We had a shuttle booked for my bachelorette party and I don’t know how people do it any other way! Isaac picked us up from our rental and explained how the day would go, he kept us on schedule for each winery, took pictures of us. His relationships with people at the other wineries helped us rearrange one tasting for a tour and got us spectacular service. We had way more fun given the service we were provided and had the best day.
