Yeah been here over 15 years it’s great here your pet can live here without a pet deposit for as long as he wants until you express your concerns about the issues going on the property You can even live rent free here for three months and if you don’t bring it to the attention, They absolutely have no idea. I've only been here for a few months 3-2025 and Mrs Cassandra as wonderful and super sweet and kind. I like the complex it's quiet all the time. And I don't care for the 3rd floor as much but I like the community. Ilike how they give different optionsto pay your rent you don't find many places that do that. I have not had any major problems with my place or my neighbors they're nice people. I love the area so many different places to go eat and the Mall of Georgia is like right there.
