Reserve Square is infested with cockroaches. They live in the walls and freely travel from one floor to another and enter units from vents, sink cabinet, they live in the HVAC unit. Also, majority of walls are infested with black mold. Don’t try to save couple hundred bucks by renting here; health consequences I experience now from living at Reserve Square for some time cost me dozens of thousands of dollars.
