Office staff has nasty attitudes. Don’t care about no issues you have. I moved in just for nothing to work. Washer and dryer did not work cabinets is disgusting 🤮 price is too high for this little apt especially when you gotta fight roaches everytime you cook/trying to eat. I brought several issues to them that they did absolutely nothing about it took them a week to get me a washer/dryer when they had them in the shop. They still gave me a used washer out another unit which also brought more roaches in my apt the same week... read more
Late review, but I want want to thank the staff for making my moving process as smooth as possible they are very welcoming, they made sure I had everything I needed, and even took there time to help me setup everything on the apps. This team is one of the most professional teams I’ve worked with during my moving processes. Thank you staff and keep doing a great job!
Just moved in to Reserve South Apartments. Wanted to share my experience. The leasing agents were very helpful and friendly. They made me feel at home before I moved in. The apt was very clean, All the appliances were brand new. I needed maintenance for a small repair, they came the next day. I'm very pleased with Reserve South, and would recommend anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and nice neighborhood. Apply at Reserve South.
Just moved in & I love it here so far. The staff is wonderful & very helpful especially Latoya! Apartment is very spacious & the community is quiet.
I just moved in here and Ariel, Toya, Chris and Jose have made this such a pleasant process. I really appreciate them all.
