They are the worst. They co-own i new building with westdale properties and they are completely unfair. They evicted us for only missing 2 payments in the dead of winter which is illegal!. The owner of westdale tried to help as much as they could. But Reserve Properties is terrible. And im not the only one who's experienced this
Terrible developer. Cuts corners like no tomorrow. Avoid at all costs.
