Unfortunately you will be overcharged for quite literally everything. Please do not live here. I am still currently trying to get my charged disputed. was told there was only one note on my move out inspection. Somehow theres two separate charges for cleaning adding up to about $100 and a $75 damage fee. When I was told theres only a note of a soot mark from burning candle on the ceiling. Draws you in with the cheap rent at first and then just jacks up electrical and water bills as well so at a certain point you’re just paying more for a mid apartment unit.
They broke into my friends apartment and thought that the cat feeder was broken. They overfeed the cat and didn’t even try to call until 48 hours after it first happen. They then called 5 mins before they closed for the weekend. People had been in the apartment the morning to check on the cat and everything was fine. After we could not reach the office to see what was going on I drove over an hour to check on the cat and nothing was wrong.
