Lived here for the full 2025-2026 lease term. No security deposit was collected at move-in, which sounds good until move-out when you get hit with an extensive list of "cleaning needed" charges after the fact, with no invoice or receipt required to back them up. My move-out statement included about $600 with about $370 in cleaning charges based on photos that, in my opinion, showed normal wear rather than anything requiring a professional cleaning service. Would give zero if possible. There are much nicer and affordable places in Bloomington. Every move out, expect to get charged regardless if you did cleaning or not, and it will most likely cost you more than your rent. My apartment being on the first floor came accompanied by rats lurking through the apartment. Again, there are much nicer places in Bloomington that are affordable. If I could have chosen to live elsewhere, I would have. Good luck if you’ve signed already!

I wish I old post a 0 star review. My roommate and I were charged over $500 combined for cleaning. They also charged us damages that were there when we moved it. They claimed we did not complete the move in check in (we did) that proved those were there upon moving in. The AC went out in July 2025 and did not get fixed until January 2026. Do not rent here. I was charged over $400 in cleaning and damage fees even though I left the apartment spotless. Some of the photos they sent as evidence clearly did not appear to be from my bathroom, yet they claimed they showed the condition of my unit. There was also a lot of miscommunication between staff members throughout the process, making it incredibly frustrating to resolve the issue. Would give it a 0 if possible. AC went out multiple times mid summer took weeks to fix. Quadrupled our utility bills over the course of the last year. Buildings regularly smell like weed. Charged for damages done by renovators. Just moved out was charged over $300 in cleaning fees after leaving the place spotless. Do not live here it is a complete scam
