One more thing to add: Did NOT give back our deposit. Fraud company! money grabber! Tried to call them and email them but ghost us! Additionally, the company charge as much as possible. Charge every tiny piece of things. This place is HORRIBLE! I transferred my lease with 2 months remaining to a subtenant through the leasing office, paying all required fees, including a $500 termination fee (unreasonable, but part of their stated policy) and a cleaning fee. I was told my security deposit, equal to 2 months’ rent, would be returned. HOWEVER, It has now been over 3 months, and I have received NOTHING. Do not under any circumstance sign a lease here. Do not be fooled by cheap rent. There are so many other places in Bloomington that will serve you better. The utility charges are ludicrous despite whatever claims they spew to damage control in review responses. They overcharge on almost everything upon move out, because part of their business model is making a profit on these charges since their initial rent is lower to attract tenants. This is by far the absolute worst apartment complex in bloomington. Students BEWARE, TERRIBLE, UNSAFE, GROSS. My roomates and I were left without a working oven/stove for nearly 7 months. We submitted maintenance request after request. We went into the leasing office on numerous occasions (because no one ever answers the phone, they use an ai program to answer and direct all calls) and were told that they were going to be fixing the issue. If I could leave zero stars I would. Maintenance will enter your apartment randomly with only a vague time frame given to you maybe 5 days in advance in your email. They will leave a mess and not clean up after themselves. We had a leak during the winter and were charged between $90-$150 per person for MONTHS and when contacted they said they had it fixed and then we would consistently have high charges.
